3. Profile Photograph Requirements

All members must upload a genuine photograph of themselves that meets NakeDate’s Photo Standards.

Your profile photograph must:

  • Show you clearly.
  • Show your face.
  • Show your full body.
  • Be a recent photograph.
  • Accurately represent your current appearance.
  • Be a genuine photograph of you.
  • Be non-sexual in nature.
  • Present you naturally and respectfully.

Profile photographs must not:

  • Belong to another person.
  • Include another person.
  • Be AI generated.
  • Use deepfake technology.
  • Use face swapping.
  • Use filters that alter your appearance.
  • Use body reshaping or enhancement tools.
  • Misrepresent your age, body or appearance.

Minor adjustments such as cropping, brightness or basic colour correction are acceptable provided they do not change your appearance.

4. Identity and Authenticity Checks

To help maintain a genuine and trustworthy community, NakeDate may require members to complete additional identity or authenticity checks.

These checks may include, but are not limited to:

  • A selfie taken specifically for verification purposes.
  • A photograph of yourself holding a handwritten code, sign, or instruction provided by NakeDate.
  • A photograph showing a specific pose, gesture or number of fingers requested by NakeDate.
  • Other reasonable checks designed to confirm that you are the person shown in your profile photographs.

Authenticity checks may be requested:

  • Before a profile becomes visible.
  • Following reports from other members.
  • Where there are concerns that photographs are inaccurate, stolen, manipulated or not genuine.
  • As part of safety and platform integrity measures.

You agree that any verification photograph requested by NakeDate must be genuine and completed by you personally.

Authenticity checks are intended only to confirm that a profile represents a real person. They do not represent a background check, guarantee of identity, endorsement of a member, or confirmation of a person’s character or intentions.

NakeDate may restrict, suspend or remove accounts where members are unable or unwilling to complete reasonable authenticity checks.

5. Nude Photo Standards

NakeDate profile photographs must be natural, non-sexual and suitable for a dating environment.

The purpose of a nude profile photograph is to show authenticity and confidence, not to create sexual content or attract sexual attention.

Photographs must not include:

  • Sexual poses.
  • Sexual activity.
  • Explicit sexual behaviour.
  • Genital arousal or an erect penis.
  • Fetish presentation.
  • Sexual costumes or roleplay.
  • Images intended primarily for erotic or adult entertainment purposes.

Members should present themselves in a relaxed and natural way, similar to how they would want to be seen when meeting someone in person.

6. AI, Filters and Image Manipulation

Authenticity is central to NakeDate.

You agree that you will not upload images that:

  • Are created using artificial intelligence.
  • Have been generated or altered using AI tools.
  • Use artificial enhancements to change your appearance.
  • Remove natural features or imperfections.
  • Alter your body shape.
  • Make you appear younger, older, thinner, larger or physically different.

NakeDate reserves the right to remove images or accounts where photographs appear misleading, manipulated or inconsistent with these Terms.

7. Image Ownership and Permission

By uploading photographs to NakeDate, you confirm that:

  • The photograph is of you.
  • You have the right to upload and display the photograph.
  • The photograph does not infringe another person’s rights.
  • The photograph was not obtained without consent.

You retain ownership of photographs you upload.

You grant NakeDate permission to store and display your photographs as necessary to provide the service.

8. Privacy and Image Sharing

NakeDate recognises that profile photographs are personal content and that members are choosing to share them as part of their dating experience.

By using NakeDate, you understand that your profile photograph will be visible to other members of the platform.

As with any online service, NakeDate cannot guarantee that other users will not copy, save, screenshot, record or redistribute images.

You should carefully consider this before uploading photographs and only share content that you are comfortable displaying to other members.

Members agree that they will not copy, save, publish, distribute or share another member’s photographs outside NakeDate without that person’s explicit permission.

Any member found to be misusing another person’s images may have their account suspended or permanently removed and may be reported where appropriate.

9. Respect, Consent and Member Behaviour

NakeDate is built around respect.

By using NakeDate, you agree that you will not:

  • Harass or intimidate other members.
  • Send unwanted sexual messages.
  • Pressure anyone for additional photographs.
  • Make unwanted comments about another person’s body.
  • Share private conversations without permission.
  • Impersonate another person.

11. Account Suspension and Removal

13. Dating Safety

  • Logging back into your account during this 7-day period will automatically cancel the deletion request and reactivate your account.

The purpose of this grace period is to allow members to recover their account if deletion was requested accidentally or if they change their mind.

The grace period also allows NakeDate to maintain account records temporarily for safety, moderation, fraud prevention and investigation purposes.

If you do not log back into your account during the 7-day grace period, the deletion process will continue.

Following completion of the deletion process, NakeDate will remove or anonymise personal information associated with your account within a reasonable period, unless certain information must be retained for legal, security or fraud prevention purposes.

Some information may be retained where necessary for:

  • Preventing fraudulent accounts.
